To officially confirm your date, I require a retainer to be paid and client-photographer contract signed. I highly recommend an engagement session as a great way to get to know each other before your wedding day! My relaxed approach and natural posing technique will help you become comfortable in front of my camera. With my guidance, you'll be fully prepared to shine in your wedding day portraits!

We check in a few months before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day. I will send a detailed questionnaire about wedding specifics as well.

photo delivery
Your photos will be available in an online gallery approximately six to eight weeks after your wedding. At that time, I'll also provide details on how you can preserve your memories with prints and albums.

How far in advance should I reserve my wedding date?
If you're thinking of having your wedding on a Saturday, then earlier is better. Generally speaking, as soon as you've booked your venue, you should begin your search for a wedding photographer and put down a retainer as soon as you can.
Turnaround time for complete wedding galleries is 8-10 weeks, and a sneak peak within 1 week. Engagement photos are 2-3 weeks.
When will we receive our gallery?

A 50% non-refundable retainer & a signed contract are required to get your date locked on the calendar. The remainder of the balance can be set up as a payment plan up until with entire balance due one month before the wedding date.
All travel expenses are based on the distance between your event location(s) and my home zip code of 95409 at $1.50/mile if beyond 25 miles of zip code 95409. All other destinations beyond 100 miles round-trip will be negotiated and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Adding a second shooter allows us to capture more of your special day from multiple perspectives. While I’m focused on key moments—like the ceremony or your first look—the second shooter can capture the reactions of your guests, the small details, and candid moments happening elsewhere. They also help ensure that important moments are never missed, especially during fast-paced parts of the day like your entrance or the reception. With two photographers, you’ll receive a wider variety of photos and more comprehensive coverage of your wedding story.
